Due to customs clearance we may face some delays.
We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of any shipping delays, but before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer.
We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 72 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse in China. Please note this may take longer during our sale periods or other high peak seasons.
At the moment we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or freight forwarder addresses.
Orders ship from our warehouse on business days (excluding national holidays); a signature is required for a successful delivery.
PRE-ORDERS
For selected groups of styles on CORAL.com, that are not immediately available for sale but will be available in the future, CORAL may provide customers with the option to place a Pre-Order for these items. When a customer makes a Pre-Order, CORAL will provide an estimated shipping/availability date, which may be subject to variations. Once the item arrives in our warehouse and becomes available, we will process and ship your order. In the event that the item does not become available at the communicated shipping/availability date, we will notify you via email. You will be apprised of the order status and given the opportunity to cancel the order, or to agree to a future delivery date.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and the respective tracking number. If you have set-up a personal account at the CORAL Online Store, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment in My Account. If you are not registered yet, you can still track your orders here but we suggest to sign up to comfortably track your future orders.
